I favor a more documentary approach with an editorial feel. That means I would like you to be able to enjoy your wedding day as it unfolds, without having to extensively worry about aesthetics or rely on a "shot list", I will guide & direct you during prompted photo time to ensure that you have beautiful, artistic & timeless photos that truly reflect you and our significant other.

What In The World Does It Mean To Have A "Non-Traditional" Wedding??
A Non-Traditional Wedding is simply a wedding that looks and feels like you. There are no rules about where you get married, how you structure your day, or which traditions you choose to keep.
Maybe that means getting married at your favorite bar, an art museum, or somewhere outdoors. Maybe it’s a smaller bridal party, a first look before the ceremony, cocktail hour beforehand, or Grandma as your flower girl. Your wedding can be completely unconventional or simply include a few intentional changes that feel more like you.
If the traditional church ceremony, ballroom reception, and big guest list aren’t your thing, a non-traditional wedding might be for you.
Non-traditional weddings are my specialty. I take a laid-back, documentary approach, your day is yours, and you never have to do something just because you’re “supposed to.”
I’ll guide you through a few naturally prompted moments while staying mostly behind the scenes, capturing the real, raw, and genuine moments as they unfold.

Hey, did you know that booking me as your photographer is way more than hiring me to just take photos of the day?
Have you thought about what tangible items you'll have to keep from your wedding day, years down the line after the day has ended? It's not the entertainment, it's not the food and its probably not your decor or venue.
You will for certain have your photographs thoughtfully documented from that very important day though, that'll last years down the line, when all you have from the day are mental memories & authentic documentation of those very important moments, an heirloom you share for generations.

Step 1: Inquiry
After you have reviewed the information on this page and you both are ready to get in touch with me, fill out the information provided in the contact form below with your best knowledge. If you know exactly what you want in terms of a wedding package & details, amazing! if not, that's okay, I am here to help plan your wedding photography process.
Step 2: Follow Up
I have received your inquiry form and read over the information you have provided. I will reach out to you via email letting you know if I am available or not for your date.
If I am available, I will request to schedule a zoom call with dates and times that I am available to call, further discuss wedding details and to see if we would be a good fit.
Once we have settled on a day and time for a zoom call, it's time to prepare a list to ask any questions you both may have for me that encompass your wedding during our call.
Step 3: Call & Connection
Now it is time for the zoom call. During the call, we put our names to faces and get to know a glimpse of each other as we discuss wedding plans, details and to see if our vibes, attributes and attitudes align with one another. This also helps me visualize the both of you as a couple and how your wedding may turn out.
If all is going well and our visions are aligning, after the call has ended I will create and send over the proposal form that consists of the wedding contract and invoice containing your package amount & booking retainer for you and your fiancé to review and complete.
Step 4: Officially Booking
Once the proposal form is filled out, the contract is signed by all parties, and the booking retainer is paid, you are officially part of our schedule. It's time to plan the engagement session, an opportunity for us to meet, connect and capture your unique love story, all while creating beautiful save the date images. ;)
FAQ
Where are you based? Do You require travel fees?
I currently reside in Cincinnati, OH and service all of Ohio!
I am a born and raised Ohioan who spent their childhood growing up in rural Northeast Ohio, often traveling out to the bigger cities such as Cleveland and Columbus for visiting family & exploration. I have also resided outside of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, have spent a lot of time hiking, and know the trails & best picturesque spots in the park.
If there's a key location or hidden gem in Ohio, I have more than likely been there, done that, and bought the magnet. This means I have experience traveling, and could give recommendations to great places, if you are unsure where to go or where to start!
The best part is: No travel fees.
So you could take me anywhere!
How far in advance do we need to book?
My clients typically book me 1 year and a half - 9 months out. The earlier you book, the better chance of your desired date being open. I limit myself to no more than 15 bookings a year to ensure that every client has a great and equally attentive experience while working with me.
Weekdays are usually always available.
How many years of experience do you have photographing?
I have been clicking away since 2016. However, 2026 is my 6th year working as a professional photographer!
I have established my LLC in 2021
How long until we could expect our full gallery?
Gallery turnaround times vary by time of year, as some seasons are busier and in higher demand than others.
Here's what you could expect based on the date of your wedding:
January through April: 2 - 5 Weeks
May through August: 4 - 9 Weeks
September through December: 9 - 12 Weeks
How does your file backup system work?
All of my cameras have dual card slots, after your wedding, I will unload the used cards onto a hard drive, then I will backup all of those files onto another hard drive for safe keeping, (just in case the 1st drive corrupts, gets lost or stolen.) I keep your SD cards in a case, labeled with your name on them until the gallery is finished editing and sent out to you.
Your files will always remain on a hard drive or in cloud storage, in case of the event that a gallery is lost or needs to be accessed later.
This is an amazing and very important question that I encourage all of my inquiring clients to ask me.
What does your editing process look like?
All photos in each gallery go through a culling process to narrow down the best images, receive basic color grading, tone curving, cropping & adjusting, as well as removal of quick imperfections if necessary.
I will not accept requests to photographically alter or edit bodies, besides blemishes, small stains, exit signs, or slight imperfections.
Do you offer prints?
Yes!
Every gallery has access to an online print store where you could order your prints easily, by clicking on the photo you want to print, selecting your desired print size and other specifics and your prints will be shipped directly to you from the designed printing lab!
