I help couples find an ideal location, do research into any necessary permits as well as legalities of getting married in their selected state, and any logistics you may have not considered. Not only will I photograph your elopement, I can help you plan and structure your entire special day. There’s a lot of logistics that people don’t consider before thinking about eloping. Legality, vendors, timing, etc. Allow me to take on those details so you can focus on enjoying this moment.

I'm Mya
My photography journey started with an iPhone, but quickly turned into a passion when I got my first DSLR camera back in 2016. Since then, I have honed my photography skills, taken a university-level photography course at Cleveland Institute of Art, collaborated with amazing leads, and gained experience while shooting over 500+ professional shoots over the past 10 years. Beyond photography, I love the outdoors, I’m an avid reader, believer in women’s empowerment, and staunch human rights supporter. My goal is for you to feel safe, as I know that photoshoots can feel vulnerable and even awkward at first.
What A Session With Mya Looks Like...
My approach, once you fill out the form for your chosen photography session, I will reach out to you to coordinate a date and time to virtually meet and chat about details of what you both desire your day to look like, your desired date or flexibility, and other fine details. Afterwards, I will send a proposal including a contract and invoice. I also offer payment plans, so you can begin to plan your dream wedding day, your way.
Once Booked -
We will have another virtual meeting to discuss logistics and lay out the schedule. I can also provide guidance on hiring vendors, travel and lodging tips, how to effectively plan photo sessions in the outdoors by time of year, ideal days/time, activities, attire, packing and prep, how to conduct the ceremony, legalities of getting married in any state you desire. I am also readily available to answer any questions you may have or help leading up to your day.
